To give T2s direct visibility to these network details that are needed in handling network/equipment issues.
Work Flow
To unsync Controller IP 1 with its UN/PW from General Information (previously Special Attention)and create separate fields in CAS
To map Product Type Purchased and Netgate Key/Network Key from Pipedrive by creating these fields in CAS.
Under Contacts, to map specific roles (like General Manager, Maintenance, Accounting)
Product Type Purchased - To be placed next to Support Type
Wireless Controller IP 1 - To be placed after/below Controller Type
Wireless Controller IP2 - To be moved and placed below Wireless Controller IP1
Wireless Controller Link Login - at the right side of Wireless Controller IP2
Netgate Key/Network Key - To be placed above Portal Page
