The pdf was only provided by lenny, we are still working on scheduling call with sna dev team and calltek dev team, as per alexis email: subject- EXTERNAL!!! - Zabbix to Ticket Timeline

1. Development Start Date: 18th sep

2. Testing Phase: Scheduled for September 27th

3. Final Delivery: Planned for October 1st

The scheduled call was supposed to be on 25th sep 9.30 am est but as per dev we only have pdf file so alexis is asking lenny for additional documents, so that calltek team can document our role for ticket suppression.

The SharePoint here is just a tentative project plan and is not confirmed as its yet to be approved- tab zabbix.
