Description
Purpose – The recent datacenter storage unit failure which took down the PBX system created clients concern, top priority to ensure business continuity and HA for PBX and managed services
Datacenter Setup Review ( to avoid any single point of failure )
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 20
On top of the current cross-datacenter backup for the VMs through VEEMS, which still require down time to restore services at the backup datacenter, ISPConfig is evaluated as an Active-Active emplementation

ISPConfig Setup has been tested for a few managed/web services with good result.

Henry is working with Peter to come up with the list of VM/Services to deploy this technology, the process involves identifying the owner/implementer of the service to provide the service details before the team can proceed.
**** This one is time consuming and will need lots of assistance from IT-Dev****
- Enhanced Load-Balancing Feature is being evaluated with CloudFlare– In Progress
- Quarterly/Monthly Testing to Ensure HA/Redundancy implemented is FULLY functional – Planning in Progress
