Pinnacle client requested that some fields in CAS be required.
shem/rodvic are working on this, should be completed in 3 weeks

9/25=> Debbie tested the functionality and confirmed that data can only be submitted when all required fields are filled. If any are empty, a message clearly indicates that the field is required, highlighted in red for easy visibility.
