10/08- sir tony set date to 5th nov
10/10- as per karl:

  • Mapping for queues per account/vendor on CAS (Allen give me the list so I can dump it on our database) CRUD to be maintain by allen?
  • Default ticket value configuration on each account/vendor or CAS; CRUD also is needed to be maintain by the leader of each account
  • testing of the IVR for update existing ticket
  • script update on webhook; script update on cas script also to integrate the mappings from queues and default tickets
  • dev testing
  • prod deployment and testing
  • add on like the flow(like auto pop up the created/updated ticket on CAS) by getting the user zoom user id to match with the cas user id; a CRUD should also be created for masterlist and to be maintain;

10/23- as per sir Allen: The existing ticket depends on the IVR, some accounts don't have IVR that let customers input their existing tickets. So we need to implement a parent-child ticket system as well for accounts that do not have IVR to ask callers for ticket numbers. Parent-child will also apply to situations like, when caller gives existing ticket number during the call (even if the IVR has that option, they didn't put anything or just a random number)
