"Sample Ticket: 13742424
- Email sender will not show in CAS if the email is sent thru mobile
- Recipients added by the sender in between email conversations won't show if our team will reply to the email"

From It dev : Use CAS server timestamp for the ticket create datetime instead of the email timestamp
