Description
Maintain a tracking system to keep a record of the emails that have already received a response. This can be achieved by storing unique identifiers (such as email subject or sender) of the emails that have been processed. This also prevents us from creating too many tickets for one unique email We have to manage the send er with the subject and ticket number.
