Description
Per Lenny, the domain of all support email distros will be changed to support.safetynetaccess.com. That is why Lenny initially asked for CTC mailbox to forward emails from this domain. Team confirmed with him, he mentioned that all distros will be changed to this domain.
Example:
From [email protected] to [email protected]
And emails coming in from that mailbox will be forwarded to a CTC mailbox: [email protected]

AS per sir franz, This should not take long as it just entails changing our data mapping to the new email domain names they will change. But they will need to coordinate with us when that happens. Coz right after they make the modifications on their end, that is the only time we update on our end and then the testing will ensue right after.
