"When we asked the staff to send us a screenshot and send it to our distro. list ([email protected])
we were notified that they were receiving a bounce back. The email would not go through despite several attempts. Therefore, we instructed the staff to send the screenshot directly to our email addresses instead. This has happened with two sites already when we asked them to send us a screenshot.

Proposed resolution
Customers should be able to send us emails without encountering bounce-back errors on their end.
