Description
The signature used in our current email-to-ticket system contains outdated. At present, the team manually updates this signature with each email sent.

The signature was updated earlier but, later it was realised that same DID is being used on every agents signature, which is for correction at the moment,
Along with that we will also have to update the roles of the agents different from their case role
a detailed discussion is going on with AM to get the required information and then will passed on to dev team for work

new engg request was submitted by Alexis
But dev team has few suggestions/feedback, and they have been emailed back to Alexis.
