30/01- The request for WorldVue is now in production, need testing the functionality for the additional fields added in the create and update tickets in CAS.

joei wanted these changes to reflect in the case query reports

dev confirmed: his was not included as it was not specified in the request form. Additionally, the reporting is in a different column because it has new fields and a drop-down option.
However, Team can still search using the new fields that was added in the ticket form for Caller Type/Location.
So, if They want this to be reflected in the case query report, dev will need an approved engineering request.
