Add an option to Settings menu to create a QA form as it may vary from one project to another.

Per vendor CRUD for the QA Form label, questions, scoring and answers. Yes - 100% of the question score; Slight - 50% of the question score; NO - 0;

Add options upon create of work order tasklist that a QA Form scorecard is needed and dropdown of the form created per vendor.

- QAFORM for ambient is ready can now be created upon create of workorder, save and update;
- PDF still need to be fixed today(Feb. 25 2025);
- move the deadline to march 7 for the qaform backend CRUD(dynamic create/update of qaform,
- questions, answers and scores per vendor)
